Cancellation and Return

  • General Terms
  • All sales and rentals are final. Cancellations are not possible once an order has been placed and payment has been made.
  • Order Cancellation
  • If the customer cancels the order after making a deposit, the amount is non-refundable, as the dress and fitting time are reserved exclusively for the customer. If the order cannot be fulfilled due to the boutique’s fault, the customer may be offered an equivalent item or a refund.
  • Returns and Exchanges
  • Refunds are not provided. The customer may instead select other products or services for the same amount.
  • Rental Refunds
  • The customer receives a 40% refund upon returning the dress in good condition. This applies to dresses only.
  • Damage and Condition of the Product
  • The customer is obligated to return the dress in the same condition it was received. Any stains, tears, missing fittings, or discoloration are considered damage. The dress will only be accepted after inspection by a boutique specialist.
  • Return Deadlines
  • The dress must be returned by the date specified in the rental agreement. An additional fee may be charged for each day of delay.
